ESTsoft's second self-developed MMORPG Cabal Online 2: The Fate of Rivals (working title), sequel to the famous project Cabal Online, is being developed under four principles including popularity, abundance, quality and uniqueness. ESTsoft is trying to seek harmony between solo play and teamwork in the game. In addition, they will provide changeable dungeons and unique storylines for each class. Cabal Online 2: The Fate of Rivals is scheduled to meet players in Q4, 2010.

here some yummy news about Cabal II yay

Question was about Cabal2 - it is still in developing state in Korea, but they saw some very amazing screenshots about it. It will have huge system requirements coz of the engine that game will use. They are expecting to start in Korea in the early 2011, so it seems sure we won't get before Spring 2012. There will be like 8 different classes there. And it will be different maps, different gamestyle, different story. Of course it will be similar to gameplay-wise. But they don't even know yet what will be its real title.
But the Cabal1 won't disappear and won't go down, as ESTsoft are hiring more developers for our version.

if they say we need a very powerl full comp then omg how do Cabal II look

Cabal 1 was already amazing with 1 of the best animated skills
cant w8 how Cabal II wil look :P

i hope i can get some pics from korea :P

If you are playing or once played Cabal online,
you will notice that Cabal 2's classes are similar to those in Cabal.
But it's interesting that Cabal 2 adds healing class so you can expect
different gameplay in a party in Cabal 2.
6 classes of Cabal 2:
Force Shielder
They form the majority of the Royal Guards and Imperial Army in the Main Continent.
They have added the Force to their combat skills, enabling them
to command the other members on the front line of the battlefield. They
carry a gigantic shield that1 s so heavy that normal people can't even
lift, and use it to protect themselves and other team members. They also
have great sword fighting skills, making them a subject of envy to many
Force trainees.

Warrior
Born from the Western Continent, they share the same root as Force Shielders.
Instead of carrying a shield, they use a gigantic two-handed
sword with sheer destructive power. They look more violent than Force
Shielders, but they have the spirit of chivalry and pursue moderation in
swordsmanship.

Priest
Born from the Western Continent, only the members of the Holy Curia can train to become a priest and join this character class.
They maximize and use their inner faith by borrowing the power of
the Magic Book that's said to include a map of the Force that flows in
this world. They live up to the basic doctrine of the Holy Curia, which
is to protect others and avoid destruction, by using the skills that
heal the wounded.

Wizzard
This character class had branched off from the class of priests.
They're the ones who had refused to be a part of the Holy Curia
or any other religious sects for that matter, and they founded a school
soon after becoming independent。 They have relatively low vitality and
defense, but they can manipulate the energy of the Force and contain
them with spells.
They attack by casting spells. The higher the level of spell, the more destruction it can cause.

Force Archer & Force Blader
Force Archers use a bow as a Force Artifact to create and shoot arrows with a high concentration of energy.
As for Force Bladers, their Force Artifacts are special swords
added with the Force that maximizes the potential of their weapon.

It's been a long time since the last time Estsoft came out and told us something about Cabal 2. Yesterday the MMO developer suddenly revealed the Cabal 2 Korean website and announced the closed beta phase 1 will start in Korea from November 3 to November 5. So that means the game is almost finished!

Estsoft plans to recruit 1,000 testers for CBT 1 and the list of testers will be released on November 1. According to Korean gaming website inven, Cabal 2 has been underdevelopment inside Estsoft for 4 years and cost 15 billion Korean won (13 million US dollar).

Cabal 2 will not only feature up-to-date graphics and better combat system, but will also enhance the storytelling part as the developer is making different scenarios for the 6 classes in Cabal 2. Head over to the English Cabal 2 site and you can learn the backstory and get more information of the 6 classes.
